About Us

We Are Melbourne Tigers fans is a blog site that reports on the views and opinions of Melbourne Tigers fans who watch their side prepare and play in VJBL, BigV and SEABL.

In the past, this blog (as We Are Not Melbourne United) served as a place to state the points of views of those who wanted their clubs in the NBL and opposed Melbourne United, this first part will not be forgotten as below are links to various clubs like the Giants and Specters.

We also have a link for South Dragons fans who want their club to be reborn in the NBL just like the Tigers, there is no doubt there is room for the Dragons in CLB, SEABL and the NBL.

Thank you for stopping by and reading this, We hope you will find the information useful.

  1. Hi there,

I’m currently doing a story on the shift from Tigers to United and was wondering if I can speak to someone from your organisation regarding this.

  2. Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for your interest.

This issue has yet to be told in a balanced way. The media have not yet made a serious effort to analyse the issue from all perspectives and the “United” entity are actively minimizing the input from supporter of the Melbourne Tigers. This includes blocking and deleting comments on their Facebook page and instructing security guards to usher peaceful Tigers fans away from HiSense Arena for no good reason.

Are you able outline your areas of interest and what your affiliations are?

    Many thanks.
